Spicy Salmon Rice Bowl with Avocado & Cucumber 🥑🌶️ / A fresh, protein-packed bowl featuring seared salmon drizzled with sriracha, creamy avocado, crisp cucumber, and fluffy white rice. Balanced, bold, and ready in no time!
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1 salmon fillet
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/4 cucumber, sliced or ribboned
1/2 cup white rice, cooked
1–2 tsp sriracha (or your favorite hot sauce)
1/2 lime, for garnish and drizzle
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
1️⃣ Cook the Salmon
Season salmon with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sear the salmon for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
2️⃣ Prepare the Rice
Cook white rice according to package instructions. Let it cool slightly before plating.
3️⃣ Slice the Veggies
Slice avocado and cucumber. Ribboned cucumber adds a nice texture twist if using a peeler.
4️⃣ Assemble the Bowl
Add rice to the bowl. Top with the seared salmon, avocado slices, cucumber, and a squeeze of lime. Drizzle sriracha over the salmon to finish.
