Pineapple-Walnut Cake Recipe

Preparation time: 40 minutes
1.5 cups of self raising flour
1.25 cups sugar
0.5 cups of Rust. Oil
1 cup crushed pineapple in a blender (from canned stewed)
1 cup finely crumbled oz. (Or pecans) nuts
0.5 cups yogurt
Instructions: Quick: mix, bake in the oven - ready in 40 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180 g. Mix eggs, flour, sugar and yogurt, add the remaining ingredients (only 2 / 3 of nuts). Spoon batter into pan, sprinkle with remaining nuts mixed with 1 tablespoon sugar and bake for 40 minutes.
