2 packs of fatty cheese, 200 gr., 1 pack of plums. butter, 1 tablespoon of gelatin, powdered sugar, vanilla to taste, 2 chocolate bars, 50 oz. oatmeal cookies, 50 oz. thick fruit jam
Beat with a mixer cheese, powdered sugar and softened butter until smooth, add vanilla and pour a thin stream of dissolved gelatin in hot water - 5-6 Art. spoons. Beat up, put a lot into a form and place in refrigerator for 4-5 hours for curing. To prepare the cake crushed oatmeal cookies and mix with melted chocolate in a water bath. Lay the plate for a cake of oiled parchment paper and form the cake. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Form with a frozen cottage cheese omitted for a few seconds in hot water and carefully lay out the contents of the prepared cake. Grease the top of jam and coat the entire cake slightly warm melted chocolate in a water bath. Refrigerate overnight.
