Pierogi - Polish dumplings

Ingredients:
for 4 Serves
Dough:
wheat flour 500 Grams
hen egg 1 Piece
warm water 200 Mililiters
salt 1 Teaspoon
Stuffing:
potatoes 700 Grams
curd cheese 500 Grams
onion 1 Piece
(large)
salt At discretion
pepper At discretion
Directions:
Start cooking
Prepare the dough:
1. Pour flour, egg yolk and salt into a large bowl. Mix all the ingredients.
2. To dough slowly pour warm water, mix constantly. The consistency of dough can't be sticky.
3. Sprinkle pastry board with flour and roll out the dough. It must be thin.
4. Using a glass cut round pieces of dough, put on them the stuffing. Mold dumplings well.
5. Boil in salted water.
